Mask Making
I enjoy working with students to create ethereal art out of simple materials. I believe that everyone has an artist inside them especially when they are young.I am honored to be an artist in the class and thank all the students, parents and teachers for all their work. Wendi Gilson
Lantern Making
I have a background both as an artist and a teacher. I am known on Salt Spring for two annual community lantern processions: Tales from Beyond the Veil and A Wild Wood Walk. In these projects I worked with community members to make lanterns and create a celebration. Any one can do it. Wendi Gilson
