Phoenix is a Public School, part of the School District 64 (Gulf Islands). Therefore, no fees are required! It draws K-8 students from across Salt Spring Island. No catchment area boundaries are defined for this school. For more information go to Our School.
Kindergarten students: Any child who will be five (5) years of age on or before December 31, 2012 (born in 2007) can register for the 2012/2013 school year at Phoenix School. Parents or Guardians need to bring the following: verification of the child’s birth date and citizenship status (birth certificate, passport or Landed Immigrant authorization); Care Card, and Immunization records.
